Tempo gives a second card when it comes up short
When no pair of cards can reach your Tempo value, your Tempo Card now comes with a second one when the set has one.

When a set has no card or pair that reaches your Tempo value, your Tempo Card now comes with a second card when the set has one: its best card under what is left, whatever it is worth, never a common or uncommon.
As before, the share the cards do not cover stays on your meter, so the rest comes with your next Tempo Card.
